What better way to examine and encourage leadership and management skills than aboard a yacht.  Every moment of the day there are decisions to be made, jobs to be assigned and activities to be completed.  All of these need to be managed effectively.  There are several opportunities to stop and review and then re-examine any learning issues and points. 

We use a team of specialist facilitators who will be with you throughout the day.  They will start by defining the objectives and then looking at each delegate in turn.  The group is encouraged to participate and provide critiques at each stage of the day giving the opportunity for feedback and constructive criticism to each delegate throughout the day.
