What a way to drum up competitive spirit whether its between regional offices, teams in the same office or client teams pitted against each other. Your very own sailing regatta is guaranteed to provide everybody with a day to remember.

Each team is provided with a matched yacht so there is no element of advantage or handicap system. Thus everybody can see by positions on the water who is winning each race. Each yacht has a professional skipper on board to provide guidance and assistance to the teams.

Also present are two RIB’s acting as safety boats and committee start line vessels ensuring fair play throughout the day.

In the morning each team will be given around 3 hours of time to familiarise themselves with the boat and finely tune their racing skills. The first race takes place immediately before lunch providing plenty to discuss. Following lunch the racing concludes with either one or two races dependant upon conditions at the time.
